Crafting Festival not for cooks?

a few days ago i went to varanas central plaza, saw those event npcs, all crafting skills can be improved very cheap with that event but why not for cooks?

saw two npc that gives recipes and ingredients for alchemy, antiaircraft,tailoring,blacksmith,carpentry but nothing for cooks,

where can i find a npc for increasing cook during event? or is there no such npc? do i have to lvl up my cooking the usual costly way?

Unfortunately Cooking is not (nor in the past) part of the Craft Festival, despite there being Cooking recipes available as rewards and mats specific to the festival to make these.
