crafting festival and wind elements

im trying to make a legendary pet during the crafting festival but i cant find the event that can be reset to allow me to get more wind elements.
does someone know what npc i need to talk to or which event can be reset.
please help this noob out :)

- none of the events can be reset
- u get 4 elements just by participating in the bridge event
- u get extra 4-8 elements in the bridge event (on top of the 4 at start) according to ur score [ps: have reached up to 348 score, so idk; u may get extra 4, i.e. 12 elements if u go over 350 points]
- exchanging 6 certificates has a chance to drop u an elements-package. this may contain elements 3-10-30 in white/green form [ps: dont remember exactly the numbers]

Hit 400+ for a title.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.
