Can it be more obvious that Frogster-America is Prejudiced about Skin Color?!!!

Can I create a tune with my favorite skin color? Green with Red Pokadots - NO!
Or my buddy? Purple with orange stripes? NO!
Or my sexy girlfriend, invisible (never know when she's nekid) - NO!

All Frogster-America allows is limited to 8, clearly discriminatory Skin Colors,
from vanilla-white thru pale-pink to chocolaty-brown. How predictable.
How boring. Does anyone need more proof then that?

I find it racist that I cannot have my favorite color of blue. Dark navy blue.

They are obviously racist to anyone with dark skin.

OP is tripping... that said, it's impossible to even get close to an african-american skin tone in this game. And that does bother me a little. They have a nice Arsenio Hall hairstyle (groan), but you inevitably see that on lily white toons, greenish toons, yellowish toons, even the occasional purply toon.

Ghostwolf had a toon that looked like the Incredible Hulk (RiP Rashka

)- but my black guildies have to run around looking like a white Arsenio Hall, or an asian chick, depending on which bum they decided they'd prefer to see on the screen all day.

Seems unfair to me.

Who knows, I might be tripping too

In all seriousness I was wondering the other day why there are fixed colours for skin but not hair, you can't get your exact colour without a colour wheel unless you just happen to have that EXACT tone out of 8.
So what if I want a a blue character? lol

While I agree the lack of a more darker or brown colored skin tone would be "appropriate and PC" keep in mind this is a game developed in and intended (originally) for Asian countries/peoples... hence the variations of lighter skin tones only, and a lack of darker/tan skin tones (save for the neon red you can get due to how the game assigns tones over the base skin mask)

One can also argue it's a fantasy game and because of that it should have a larger diversity of "odd" skin tones(blues, greens,purples), but I yet again default back to my above comment.
Asian developer, developing for again peoples.
Most games that I have seen that are developed by a dev house out of asia tend to lack darker skin tones unless of course you've got a race intended to have such and does so exclusively to the other playable races. Think dark elves or Drow, red guard(elder scrolls) and Orc types.

You most often see darker skin tones from western developers when it comes to skin choice across the board for all playable races (unless the lore is set up otherwise. *see elder scrolls red guard*

Suddenly I'm reminded of the game Terranigma (JP: Creation of Heaven and Earth) which was the first jRPG I ever played that had black skin tones. And this was back in the SNES days.

But, iirc, if you purchase a skin-tone in-game with diamonds, you get a color wheel. So if you want to be black, you've gotta put up some green.
