Actually this is not THE Owenstein, it is his evil twin brother event NPC and an impersonator! The real one is currently on a top secret mission in *gets tackled down and mouth taped shut*

The one and only and dearly missed Owenstein is still MIA while we continue to check when and how we can let him loose again on Taborea. I take this opportunity again to forward your feedback how dearly he is missed
