To have your secondary password reset, you will have to contact Support. You can use the link in my sig below or one of the Support links on the website's main page.
Since it's not likely that you've dealt with Support in the past few months, once you get to the Support Portal, you'll need to create an account with them. Part of that includes supplying an email address, and it's suggested that you use the same address as the one registered with your game account.
Entitle the ticket something like "Reset Secondary Password", and in the ticket itself, make that request and provide the following information:
Game account name
Server played on
Main character name
You should receive a response in a few days. Be sure to monitor the email address you assign to your Support account and follow any instructions that Support gives you. You may need to check your Junk/Spam folder since some services have an unfortunate tendency to mark email from Frogster as Junk or Spam mail.
