One of a very very very small list of movies I couldn't finish. I was proud to hit the 30 minute mark in this one.

avatar is by far not in my top 5 or even a top 10 movies list -> but for some reason i like that its the highest grossed film in the world. i for some reason want it to hold that rank, psychology of my mind and i cant do nothing bout it.

there was an avatar cartoon?

Your probably thinking the movie Avatar by James Cameron I'm talking the M. Night Shamamalayan's adaptation of the Nickelodeon cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Amen to that.

As well as Shaolin Showdown, Kung Poa Enter the Fist and many of those other parodies linked to it.

Always fun to watch fake-dubbed movies. >.>

There is a Nick's series Avatar - The Last Airbender that was used as base for not so successful movie. 3D wasn't that good, but overall, what do you expect - it was a kids movie. I've seen it with my daughter, as she loved toon and we watched them over summer an episode per day thanks to Netflix.

Now, something opposite from bad - coming in 2013 - Despicable Me 2.

Worst movie ever? I can't narrow it down to one particular movie, as I've seen a lot and there are some awful ones out there, and some of them make a mint. Most remakes and adaptations of tv series are pretty bad, and I've not seen a really good adaptation of a video game to the big screen yet.

Good example, the Halloween remakes by Rob Zombie. Just... WHY???

Avatar - not bad, but not particularly good either. It's a rehashed idea that's been done and done better in other movies, notably Dances with Wolves (the Dances with Smurfs episode of South Park is priceless) and even The Last Samurai. The big draw for that movie was the special effects, which I'll admit were spectacular, but didn't do enough to compensate for the horror that was most of the acting in that movie.

But if you want the worst of the worst, pick up an eighties era slasher flick. Ugh. Here's a pretty good spoof of that whole genre.

Honorable Mention awards should go to most of the "blaxploitation" films made during the '70s and '80s. Especially bad are the various "Dolemite" movies created and starring Rudy Ray Moore. Crudely acted, filmed, and especially crudely scripted.

I endured about 20 minutes of "The Human Tornado", the second Dolemite movie. And I use the term "endured" quite literally--it was that bad.

Worst movie ever Blair Witch project. Spent 8 dollars for a less than an hour movie. That was so fake and alot of people believed it also. Not even 3 months later on a talk show they acts in that movie said it was all fake lol
