Yeah, if you don't have extra furniture you might get one for XP/TP, but your household slots would be much better used if you place some Zeus potting pots in it. I did it 2 weeks ago and already at 18.5 level of planting. I have 2 alts holding all household items I got during my brief play. (first 3 from PT shop, rest from hard box)

The value of what is being sold and what is given away for free is always relative. There is an old fable I remember that might be relevant...

Old peasant was really sick. Nothing he tried seemed to help. Finally he started praying. "God, please cure me. If you do this, I will sell my prize cow and donate money I get from it to the church". A few days later, he was on the way to recovery.

So, he took his livestock to the local market and started yelling "Chicken! Selling this chicken. Only $500!". People looked at him like he was crazy. "$500??! You want someone to buy this scrawny chicken for $500??!". And he goes "Sure. Buy this chicken for $500 and I'll throw in this cow for free". :p
