I ahve submitted plenty of tickets with satisfactory results. Most times Frogster will work with you if you explain what happened and when plainly and politely. that will get you faster and better results than beign a pain in the tail.

ahha yea i totally agree. I don't get those people who make mistakes themselves and totally rage on their tickets lol does no good.

Yeahh i explained my situation as such, "Instead of hitting the recipe button i clicked the wrong one and a pop up appeared; looked like someone wanted to party up with me so without hesitation i clicked accept" lol
I was a little ragey about for an hour or so but now im simmered down lol

Too many people automaticaly think that Frogster Support should jsut be at their beck and call. That is why they get their tickets stuck on the back burner.
Hopefully you can get this issue resolved to your satisifaction, we all make mistakes but it takes someone with guts to admit they made one instead of raging to someone who is there to help out.

Then there's the times where the issues don't get resolved at all and are swept under a rug >.>

But for the most part, i have had a positive experience with In game related support.

I had an incident where I was polite then raged then polite then raged - you get the picture. It went on about 4 months, but eventually it was resolved and to my satisfaction. I have to give the support crew credit. They may not seem like they are being helpful at first with some of the automated responses you get back but if you are persistent they are willing to try to help you.

I had my tailoring go from 39 to 0 when I wasn't even logged in... I mean zero! Nothing, nada, zilch... This happened about 9 months ago. After 2 tickets, the official answer was "That can't happen" ticket closed. OK... Well, to this day, it is the only skill on my main sitting at exactly 0.00.

I've found the support staff to be pretty helpful, but some stuff they just can't fix no matter how much you beg or rage, just because there isn't a fix supported, and while I hope they can fix you Thornn, I dunno... that sounds like one of those things they don't have a button for. They can't complete quests for people either :(

Good luck dude :(
