try xsplit for recording siegey goodness...the quality is acceptable, it can be set to not store locally and uses codecs that are tiny bit better at compression that fraps'. (1 hr at my resolution with fraps yields over 100gb file...xsplit..well zero, plus you dont have to render/compress/combine the files.) just link the xspit to broadcast to justin-tv or something.

i would publish mine but my epeen couldnt take the ridicule :/

I reccomend fraps because of the insane quality fraps can capture. If you are worried about compression (I hope you are because fraps files are huge), then use virtualdub with an xvid codec to compress them. It retains almost all the quality. virtualdub and xvid are free downloads. Fraps is not "techniquely" free.
