Can a GM get on RoM US Reni?

Can a GM get on US reni now? there's 2 people botting Energy of justice with the flames public event in the new zone. Neither of them will reply or stray from their pattern. And one of them is speed hacking lol. Or do I have to find actual customer support elsewhere?

The best thing to do in this situation is to put in a ticket, including the character names, and a video or screenshot if possible.

We regrettably can't take reports like this on the forums.
