Can we get some help from the GM's on the SW issue

Ive noticed lately that alot of guild are not signing up for SW if you wanna know why well maybe its because we cant get a fair fight too many guilds are using programs to give them advantages in SW that a honest guild that doesnt have a chance to even try to get a win now im fully statted and i have all endgame gear and when i hit someone for over 40 sec's and they take absolutely take no damage at all then sits and laughs at me the whole time then we all know whats going on but the problem is no one in support does anything about it and when you send the evidence in you get no response and frankly im getting sick of it. Gameforge you want us to play this game spend money in it but yet you cant control those people who blatently use these programs when all you have to do is take the file logs for SW Beta program or not and see whats is being used its like we throw money away to build a good playable character only to have a lvl 55 mage with 25k HP one shot and kill you for 10k when your buffed to over 100k

LOL, if your a level 75 fully statted End-game geared, and your getting killed by a lvl 55, Well.. Thats say it all hahahaha XD

it isnt a laughing matter when you go up against a guild that does this so blatently that you dont have a chance but then you probabally one that does it also
