If you lost items during a suspension we do not offer a reimbursement.
i had 17 million gold meh that isnt the issue i am missing potions i PAID FOR WITH REAL MONEY.
bottom line here is they are blatantly scamming for real money.

Sekrit, when you go to vending machine, place your money you except to get drink that is cold and refreshing. It's the same level expectation in game. Now, if vending machine is way too expensive, and just block father I have another one that is half-price, I will opt for that cheaper, for sure.

This is one of main reasons we are still loosing people.

Game is far from cap level 55, yet plus-ing is FAIL experience that is not just frustrating, but EXPENSIVE.

Little things like that ARE turning people away. Not that you have to pay RL money to plus it, there is still HUGE chance it will fail.

Compare it to vending machine from previous example, it is like if you get drink with hole on can.

Making game affordable will help attract new users, while providing better support will ensure to keep those new users.

What people are for, including me, is good experience. For example, if I go to movie theather, I expect for price of ticket to have clean comfortable seat, and to watch movie without interruption.

This game has a lot of fun to offer, but someone just needs to take care of all of those annoying little things...

And yes, we are spoiled if we think that if we invest money, we are required to have fun for it...

And again yes, GF can make much more money if more players come to play game. ATM, it is very hard to gain new players with extreme expensiveness of the game. And for worst, many of those that I know invested quite money in game, bad support and decision by leading team has turn away from the game.

Suspension aside if you buy diamonds with irl money and then lose items that were paid for with real money. Those items were obtained in a legal manner. If they go missing while unable to lig in then the issue is on gameforges end not mine.i can pm you later with details as i cannot state them here.i am currently going through all in game logs to prove my innocence.it will be proved because i have the logs and nowhere in them is there anything against the tos.the only thing i am guilty of is purchasing something from the ah at a good price.
