Not sure if exitement died or what happened, but not seeing 'Friday sale' offers in this forum is very unusual. Is it that people just don't care anymore?

Price is 1 dia higher than buying items separately no ruby bonus but you get the nice surprise orb instead.

Surprise orb with something that most likely I will not need is not enough big reason for me to spend dias. If you get 2 items for price of 1 + surprise orb, OK, but this way and without rubi bonus, this is everything except good deal.

I used to post them regularly, but every week the thread degenerates into same <censored>. So, I stopped. Maybe if the sale is interesting, I would. Otherwise, it is just a lightning rod for perpetually miserable.

As for offers, meh. Nothing that I need. But, then, there is little that they can put that would be exciting to me - the best they could do is to offer low price on item that is not that exciting. Sure, there are couple exceptions, like Recons or perma-backpack, but we are not realistically getting them ever, and definitely not on a random non-event weekend sale.

There are more runes that never got sold since EU took NA servers, like sorcery. That is why normal runes are cheap (12 dias one) except Sorcery, which T7 sells multiple time higher then T8 on other runes.

And true, sad thing about loosing NA servers, we will never get any permanent backpacks again...

As for offer, even meh, I would stockpile on some of items, but ONLY if items is at reasonable price. For example big angel sign...

Wait, what? I'm confused...aren't DRTs 39 diamonds when not on sale? How is 2 for 79 even remotely a "sale?" O.o

You missed theme of the sale. You are buying 2 items at regular price and getting a "Nice Surprise Orb" gasha as a bonus.

We had that theme for a while now - 95 dia small puri pack and a random chance to get AT charges, 19 dia puri and a chance to get VII or VIII rune, etc.

Discount depends on average value of bonus item to the lost rubies. If value of bonus is worth more, you are getting discount. If rubies worth more, you are paying premium.

In this case, I believe that Nice Surprise Orb usually gives talent charms. If it is something worth a lot to you, then it is a sale. If not, then not.

For me, I am going to be skipping this, because of two reasons - I don't like the bonus value and I don't particularly like the selection of items in pairs.

In any excusable case^...

You lose out on rubies. Sale as a whole isn't worth it imo.

Ahh, gotcha. My mistake, I misunderstood. Still, though...with no rubies, I dont' really see it as worthwhile :\. Not for the DRTs, anyway. For other things...debateable. But for DRTs, you need hundreds of those, and I would never buy those for normal price without rubies coming with them.

I could see getting the bind lifter package, maybe. You don't need hundreds of those. Not terrible, but I never had much luck with the Surprise Orbs to begin with.

Agree... Some of the things in orb are decent enough get on lower value item, like 29 dias 2x Phoenix Redemption. If I could reliably get a puri, or good chance at a puri, I'd try it couple times. Bind Lifter is rarely on sale, so maybe them too.

But then, I probably will end with nothing but useless advanced aggregators out of the orbs. So, meh.

The Nice Surprise Orbs are the only ones I've ever had any significant luck with. They usually give me back about double what I spend on them. This is contingent on how much I need all of the items in said orb, however.

I don't touch the puri orbs, though. Those things are terrible for me.

I'm the opposite xD. I've had decent luck with puri orbs before, pretty good luck with certain mount orbs, but the Nice Surprise Orbs always ended up giving me the one or two things I didn't want. I don't ever get those ones now. ._.
