Runes of Magic books?!

While I was looking for something on iPad, I did quick search for ROM in apple store, and apart from regular pocast that was there before, there are 3 Runes of Magic books. I don't remember ever seeing those before. Are they any good? Has anyone read them?

Runes of Magic Band 1: Shareena - Legenden Taboreas

I really wonder if there is any plan to translate them into English? (my German is not as good as it used to be... )

I remember hearing about these back on one of Swag's podcasts, at the time there were no plan's for translation.

There's three books in the series (written by Michael T. Bhatty) that I know of; Shareena, Asiya and Iszma.

if you want to spend money on fantasy books get A Song of Ice and Fire 1-5 (aka GOT) - and if you're german like me, get the english books nontheless lol*.

(*because in Germany they split the (currently) 5 books into 10 (...) and sell them, poorly translated on top, or 14-19 euro EACH. thats 140-190€ (aka ~185-250$) rofl ... compared to this http://www.amazon.de/Thrones-5-copy-boxed-George-Martin/dp/0345540565 for 25,95€ aka 34$ FOR ALL FIVE BOOKS... and yes, before someone asks, the expensive german ones are not even hardcover :D )
