Question on Mr. Duran Quest....
I have gathered everything i need for this quest and it says to give the wine bottle made of sunleaf juice to Mr. Duran but he never shows up and i've searched everywhere for him. Any ideas on what happened? I've looked on tutorials and it shows him appearing at the campsite in Tempest Thieve's Den but he doesnt show up for me. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated thanks =)
Isn't he down in the bottom of the cave in a cage? OR, was that earlier...

no that was earlier in the questline unfortunately..still havent been able to find him though.
As you mention in your first post, he should be at the campfire near the cave entrance.
Maybe the server maintenance today will give him the nudge he needs to return there?
try channel 1. even though there is only one "active" channel in most zones, selecting a different channel may work for quest that have a spawn event.
