Testing new forum "quote" feature (and &).

Lesse if it properly displays subject with quotes. There is no test forum for this, so Offtopic is it. :)

Edit: Looks like it works. The old threads, such as good siege one, are using HTML escapes for it, though, so it must've been artifact of migration.

Sigpic does not work anymore, but linking pic the usual way does. If you cant find it, use google cache. I might be able to find it if you can't.
