If he bought dias with gold, and rollback gave him gold back, then he is not owned anything by ROM. He lost progress, but that happens in rollback. They are generally not reimbursed, although server wide rollbacks sometimes get a special sale or event to make it up to players. Individual ones... nope, the only people who are owed stuff are people who moved stuff onto rolled-back toon from someone who was not (like this particular bozo, who moved stuff from alts).

If he bought dias with dollars, yeah, he should scream bloody murder at ROM.

Siege is fine... except for not being able to move the siege time for month and a half.

As for loss, they are capable. They are just not willing. Got a response. Sorry that the game took your money. We can't give it to you. Same as I got two other time when game bug took my stuff.

Meh... I'll make more money, it is not that hard (even though 60 mil is quite a lot). But, this is silly. When the game bug takes your money, the response should be "oh, we are sorry, here is replacement". It is one thing when there is lack of attention on fixing the problems. That I can understand. Stuff happens, people not around to do work or have other tasks. But, this is different. Doing nothing because nobody looked is bad enough; when someone took a look at it and still did nothing, that is worse.

If the game bugs up again in same way, I am absolutely taking advantage of it and making some "copies" of my stuff. And I won't feel bad about it and feel like I am exploiting the bug, either.
