Would an i3 3220 be ok for runes of magic ???

I'm pairing i3 3220 with a hd 7850 will I play rom at 40 fps ? At least ??

Yeah. I have i3 530 (slightly slower CPU) and 6670 (a lot slower GPU). Run 3 clients usually, get 60 fps. Recent bug seems to drain FPS as you play, so I eventually drift lower... still it should stay above 40 for a while on better hardware. Unless you crank up the level of details, that is.

I will be playing on a 1024x768 resolution :) will that still be ok to play on medium high ? I just don't want under 25 fps.... And what fps will I get in instances and crowded places

Not sure about that setup, I have i7 and from time to time I would run up to 5 clients. I set up effects on low, but resolution is 1280x720 on all of them.

Biggest part of multiple clients (or good run on 1 client) is memory. You have to have enough memory, and install memcleaner program, as ROM by itself is bad with memory management. I rarely have client crash, even when going trough 10 different zones in 48 hours gaming session. ( I don't turn off client, just leave it on over weekend)
