I came back to rom and forgot my info

So i came back to rom after a few months to see how everyones doing and what has been going on and i forgot my information... I know my username but unfortunately forgot my password... I would send a "forgot password" to my email but i forgot that email password too... I used the same log in on to the forums as on my actual rom account... I'm not sure what to do now..

*Edit* Also when i make a new account and confirm it and all that, it still says account log in error.
