Can we blame Lemon for new zone? Good new guys are pirates, bad guys are pirates, the mysterious treasure guys are pirates, and your party is no longer a royal delegation, they are pretending to be a group of pirates too.

You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a pirate, unless a Bodo gets in the way first.
