Suspended and contact support wont work

I recently bought a new computer and when I try to login the game tells me account suspended and to contact support. Two things, 1st I can still login to the game just fine on my old computer at anytime ( Ive tried it). 2nd for the last month on both my new and old computer I have gone to support and tried to create a ticket and when selected the submit it just brings me back to the same page waiting for the submit button. its like its trying to submit it but it wont. when I select to check on ticket, nothing shows up which means it didn't submit. and the fact that not once have I received a response means that a ticket wasn't created. So how am I supposed to get support if I cant submit a ticket? PLEASE HELP!

Have you tried hitting that big red button marked "Region/Language" on your game launcher?
You're game client installation defaults to connecting to the European servers and you probably need to change it the US.

As for the Support access, have you registered for an account there?
If not, use your game account email address to register.

yes I have picked the us region and it still says my account is suspended. secondly I did create an account and logged in for support, that was the first mistake I learned from a month ago.

Did you pick the SU region on the GameforgeLive launcher or the RoM launcher?
