  • Redemptions will continue to be supported until August 31, 2015 and any changes will be communicated via web, blog, social media and email.

Meh. A few years ago I might have been upset by this. But as soon as GF decided to make the customer experience annoying when redeeming adventure bag codes, I decided to cash them all in and haven't used Zeevex since. I'm still suffering from a full cash shop backpack full golden repair hammers and marking inks..lol

This sucks. Zeevex was practically the only easy way to pay without a credit card and now that option is gone.

you can buy diamonds through Paypal without a credit card and that has been for years. You can also buy prepaid gift cards to do it too .

Yeah GF needs to come up with something because the banks in my state doesn't like the bank they do business with and will not approve any transactions even on prepaid cards which is very sad. Tells me their bank they use sucks and I do not do paypal my acct was hacked within like 1st 6 months I had it and I never had actually used it so they suck too

did you contact paypal about it? They are actually a pretty good company.... ive had paypal for over 10 years now and not one issue... its actually my preferred way of paying online rly...
they should be able to help ya in a case like that should you actually pursue it ofc...

It's also possible to use Paypal without creating or logging into an account nowadays. You just enter your card details as with any other payment processor.

Plus at many drugstore type establishments you can buy a card just for loading funds to a paypal account i find them fairly handy

your bank doesn't like Gameforge bank?? German bank? i would trust any european bank before any other bank it the world. The problem your bank might have with it is they are have more security protocols tahn your bank. Your Paypal account got hacked? doubt that very much, Paypal is the most secure way to do and pay for transactions on the web. Any issues that may occur with Paypal gets resolved very fast and efficiently.

You might have a virus/worm/keylogger in your computer that causes the issues you are talking about or someone in your household got a hold of your info.

Why some people continue to talk about things they have no knowledge of is beyond me.. My bank and Visa also dislike transacting with the diamond buying banks in Germany. As a matter of fact, they dislikes it so much, that every time I buy diamonds, my card privileges are suspended until I contact my bank to confirm I made the transaction. If, for some reason, I have not called my bank in the time allotted for confirming the transaction, my card is cancelled until I do. My bank and Visa call it "suspicious activity".

As for paypal, I keep wondering why I get emails all the time saying my account has been compromised and I must contact them at such and such a number to rectify the issue. I have never has a paypal account.

everyone has a different bank. everyone has different experiences with online international purchases(via paypal or otherwise).

unless we can provide actual support and troubleshooting to those who are having issues, then there is no point to discussing it.

as for account security: there are a multitude sources of "hacks", and a good many of them are not on the user's end. yes, it may be user error, but it isn't always. security breaches can happen at all points.

This is cslled "phishing". Over the years, I have received numerous phishing emails regarding my non-existent accounts for various games, along with the usual Nigerian "you're gonna be rich" emails.

Presuming that your mail reader allows it, check the message headers. Much of the time those emails come from a Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail account and can be safely ignored and deleted.

Yes redeem all your codes while you can. Already put my 148 codes in and now they want me to give dates I purchased them...I have no idea...been buying Zeevex for 5 years for this game.
