Rusty, I think that's not the point he's making. I think he's responding to what zid said about that he would make the new zones, mobs, quests harder so that you can't walk up to things and one or two shot it when you're in endgame gear if you're a dps.

I'm all for helping guild members, but it shouldn't have to be the case that just to go through leveling areas, you have to borrow someone else's gear.

It would be nice if quest gear came clean, then the casual players can dirty stat every piece with 3-4 bag stats and that should make it much easier for them to get through the higher up zones.

I don't mind the bags stats on quest gear, but in the end when you look at the big picture, they're probably thinking and possibly right that they'll end up losing money in the long run. Because now they aren't buying gear to dirty stat or clean stat, now they have gear with stats n it. Now I'm sure you can dirty stat fine without spending a dime. Heck you can clean stat without spending a dime. But you get what I'm saying.

I wouldn't worry about +20'ing something that isn't weapon, rings, chest/dmgPants, or necklace.

Also gashas suck. Better odds using the wheel from what I hear. I have a hard time finding +20 jewels being F2P :S

Well, the good news is the only people who could possibly need to +20 anything is someone who is running current endgame HM. Fortunately that is only a very few people. It's not like people insist on only OD HM gear and the best possible stats to run HoS, RT, etc.......oh wait....nvm. :P
