Runes of Magic US / AU

I haven't found any topics on signatures (besides Game Master signature contests or signature posts that aren't a year old) so I figured I'd make this thread. First off I'm an artsy gal.. as a hobby I like to use acrylics and oils to paint abstract art of whatever pops in my mind. I also like to play around with photoshop. I'm not a pro at it and with every signature I create I try to learn something new so my work is always improving (at least to me).

For those who don't know how to add a signature it's simple:
-Go to your UCP (located near the top of the forum page directly below where it says "Runes of Magic US Forums)
-On the left-hand column select "edit signature"
-It then gives you options to enter a URL from a website or upload from your computer
-File size may be no bigger than 400x120 pixels or 23.4KB
-I will be using photobucket to display signatures so if you request a signature from me this is what you'll do. Just enter the URL that I will post when I'm done into "Option 1" then select "Save Signature"
(if you save the link of finished signature to your computer, you can use option 2 and just upload it from computer)

If you like my style and would like me to create a signature for you please reply to this thread with the following information:
-links to renders (images) of your choice (can be multiples, I'll choose what I want/can work with)
-at least 2 colors you like
-Text that you'd like to appear on it (ie. character name, class, level, etc.)
-If you want me to put in something specific, please describe it in the best detail you can

Just be patient with me. I've only offered to create signatures once and that was 2yrs ago. It may take me a day or two to come up with a design, longer if I'm busy and have no free time. If you don't like the final design of the signature please let me know in private message, not in a post. I can always try again or you can disregard it. If you decide to use a signature I create, all I ask is that you don't claim it as your own work. I request no payment of any kind for what I do. This is all just a hobby like playing RoM.

-I didn't really expect so much feedback and requests I'd just like to disclose that all the artwork in my signatures are not mine. I do not claim rights to any of the artwork. All the photos come from photobucket or RoM wallpapers unless otherwise directed by the person I'm creating a signature for. The only parts of the signature that I will claim as my work is the editing done.-

Hi Arx, was just wondering if this image would work? The image you posted I wouldn't be able to use since his arm is chopped off.

Don't use your signature yet. I should have tested it before I sent you the link but I'm having difficulties trying to use it myself. If I uploaded it from my PC it would work but for some reason the transparent background isn't working so I have to adjust some things on it. My signature is a larger file and I can't upload it but I can use it from photobucket which makes no sense, since with yours it will let me upload but not use photobucket. I'm not sure what is up with RoM's forum and their signatures but it's being a real pain in the butt right now. I'll post up a new link to your signature the moment I can get it to work. :p

I'm really sorry but it seems that I can not use the transparency look since the set-up for these forums + signatures with my transparent images doesn't wanna support the file size even though the size of the signatures are 400x120 pixels. The only time I was able to get the transparent background images to work is if I made them reeeeeally small. When I put them in .jpg the background went white since .jpg doesn't support the transparency. I'd try matching the background to make it 'appear' transparent but since the forums are matted it would be impossible and would look silly. I'll keep trying and maybe I can figure out a way to do it.. or maybe someone in these forums already knows and can help me but for in the mean time I will not be using the transparent background signatures.

I'm sorry I couldn't get the other one to work and I know the text is a little blurry on this one. When it uploaded to photobucket it lost some of its quality. When I got time I'll rework it or try to find the pictures of the original one (which I should have saved but I didn't think I'd need to) and try and do-over everything. Thank you for your patience.

So far my conclusion is that the info is wrong when it says "Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 400 by 120 pixels or 23.4 KB (whichever is smaller)." since every time I tried to use a signature that was the exact pixels above but exceeded the KB it would tell me it was invalid or file too large. If anyone reading this perhaps knows what I'm doing wrong feel free to PM me.

@Smid, since I am waiting on renders from another person I decided to redo your signature. I'm not one to "settle" with my work I will go and improve it until I see that its how I want it. I am quite satisfied how this 3rd attempt turned out and I hope you like it too.

Do not put the link in the big box that has [SIGPIC]. Below that has where it says "Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website" you put in the link and then select "Save Signature" button at the bottom.

If this is exactly how you originally did it and it still wont load your signature, then I'm not sure what the issue is.
