Druids Clown Wand/Shield or Skeletal staff???

I wanted to have high stam,wis,phydef,magdef.... med or low int and mag atk
But i kind of want a shield for def and to use it for another equipment i can stat to my advantage except just a staff with high tier and bad stat
WHAT SHOULD I DO!?
