Pling ppl is not a good way to help new ppl . If you really wanna help them make a new toon and run with them at there lvl . show them how to do runs and not get pulled through by some higher lvl toon they dont get to know what they should be doing at any time other then stay be hind the big guy .. not learning anything like that.
The gold your handing out is also not a smart idea lots of very bad ppl will make new toons and take your gold then leave your guild ,Use your gold to help get pots for your partys and give them enough to run what ever your doing that day ,
Now i know your only trying to help ppl that cant do it on there own and my hats off to you , I know there are ppl that need the help and the free 30 day mount will help those that REALLY need it , But watch your ppl and see who needs it and whos only out for free stuff ,If one of them just got 4/5 pury packs they dont need the mount the poor person that has nothing but quest gear and has to run every where is the person id give it to .
Just gotta say its very nice of you to try and help ppl and not just want ppl that are stronger then the ppl they have now .
alot of guilds say we help but more often then not they let them stew untill they are of some use to the guild ( not all guilds are like this)
Dont take on a new person and leave out someone thats bin trying to do things just cuz the new person is stronger then them ( bin left outa runs cuz the new guy hits harder and makes the run easyer for the guild( its a big slap in the face ) )
