Well to start what I'm not looking for is a "this or that" guild that is overly serious. Ideally one that is around small/medium size. Ive been playing MMO's since about the year 2000 (Alpha/Beta) tested many and through that experience I have found Guilds about that size last a lot longer, players get to know each other and build up a level of trust/unit cohesion.
Friendly/Helpful players are always great and given time I'm confident I would join that rank. Maturity is a plus but don't get me wrong I don't mind humorous banter in Guild chat or on vent for example.

PS. It's worth mention I have been the GM for the two top raiding guilds in WoW (Nexus) and SWG (NOM).
