There is no point in playing a game when Frogster allows accounts to be hacked and gold sellers to spam world chat 24/7. Why would anyone want to play a game that allows accounts to be hacked and abused all day? Maybe they aren't hacked, maybe it's Frogster and maybe they are gold sellers too. So they ban you account for buying or hack you account and spam if you don't - and you ask "is Reni dead?" yes - it's being killed by Frogster.
Meh, though parts of the game have slipped I find it's a lot less annoyed the it used to be. Even huge games have hackers and gold spammers and as long as you stay out of the newer areas the bots really aren't a problem since they don't level they can only hang out in low areas. And I played WoW for years and had my account hacked once. It's not really Frogsters fault. Just the price you pay for playing any game really. Hell I've had my Xbox accounts
hacked ​before.
On the server note, like everyone said people are super busy with school. I normally quit until summer when I have more time and can stay up later without worry. Give it till the sunny season and everything should be fine. The best thing you can do to help is engage people into chatting. This game is full of really nice people who are really shy. Unlike WoW where it's filled with unshy people who maybe...shouldn't speak.
