As yuo can see to make a Revolution Rune Tier 10 from scratch would be cost prohibitive. If you do the match for how much charges cost it staggers the mind. Even if you start by using higher tier runes the cost is still prohibitive.

ROM needs a few accountants working to make more sense in cost calculations. No wonder the economy is all screwed up.

yea... all i see is code but anyways, I believe the reason they make these x runes almost rediculous to make would be to sell them from item shop, and to sellt hem cheaper than it would cost to make em so it's a better deal, but aquires you to spend money.
