Formal Apology to Battalion from Notorious

Battalion, I hopped on my Artemis toon and talked to Fleer and Crosbie for a bit about the incident with the disappearing pfact in siege on 6/5, but I wanted to put it here too for all:

One of my guys, who has the worlds slowest computer, walked into your castle before the walls loaded. This in and of itself happens from time to time, and his being in there wasn't on purpose. I have had this happen to me as well. When the walls haven't loaded yet, it can be hard to tell where you are in relation to the castle. Being inside the castle with the gates up on it's own can be a lag-caused glitch, and not an intentional exploit.

The part where he took the opportunity to take down one of your Pfacts while he was in there was.

That's an exploit, a cheat- and on behalf of Notorious, and on behalf of the mage in question, I want to apologize.

Our official written guild policy on what to do when that happens is to walk back out or allow yourself to be killed by the enemy without ever doing any damage to players or buildings. He didn't do that. This player is new to our guild, and had not read or been exposed to our policy. He is very (extremely) well versed in it now.

He has been disciplined, and I will be keeping an extremely good eye out to make sure that nothing like this incident is repeated. The mage in question has used his one get-out-of-jail-free card, and should it reoccur, he will be looking for a new guild.

Notorious takes cheating and exploiting EXTREMELY seriously. We have a reputation for fighting clean that I do not want to jeopardize.

Therefore, Battalion, please let me formally apologize to you for this incident. I can't go back and undo what happened, but I can make sure that it does not happen to you or to any other guild that we siege against.

To Crosbie and Fleer- thank you for being so polite to me when I came over to talk- I know just how angry you must have been with us, and you both treated me with kindness that was probably undeserved under the circumstances. It was a pleasure to meet you both, and I wish it had been for better reasons :(

Thanks again, and please pass my apology on to your guildies, and my promise that this will not occur again.

You said this mage was new to your guild ? I know a mage from another guild on Palenque that is his tactic and it is on purpose. If this mage's name starts with ***** ...kick him from your guild ASAP. he is a know exploiter. He purposely walks behind your castle, thru the walls and takes out buildings.
He also ports all over and disappears, obviously has a slow PC and/or bad connection. ROm should have builtin lag/ping detection like some other games I see to kick you from the server when your ping is too high or such.
Nothing like a mage you have been tracking end up behind you and have time to shoot off a flame before you see him again. This mage often can't be killed as he is not where you see him. And whats he doing around castles anyways?
Don't apoligize for him
