Hello to all who know me (Natkeya) *waves*

I have been unable to log into my account for a miserable 5 days now . I wanted to let all my friends know that I have not left the game.

Long story short......I made two transactions for diamonds through paypal, which paypal with held payment to frogster, so they blocked my account till the issues with paypal are cleared. Paypal said it was my credit card at first but after calling them again I foiund that placing the two payments after another it triggered a security alert. Paypal said that the transaction would clear by the 10th (today, which has cleared paypal side), but I am still unable to login.

Yes I contacted Frogster, and this isn't a complaining post(at least not yet, lol), just a heads up to all my friends that have been wondering where the heck I have been since I am a daily player.

So I hope to see you all in game today, hopefully.

Well still no news from Frogster even after I sent the info they requested. I do understand that I am not the only one that plays and that they are more then likely helping other people too. But now I am going on 6 days with out my account, I cant do dailies, do the crafting event to get my gemini pet, help guildmates with anything, and we are sooooo close in upgrading our walls to stone .... there's 6 days with no resources going in from me....ugh.

*UPDATE*

Ugh! Paypal......they still had the money on hold! But they released it and paid frogster! So I logged in the first time in 6 days! YAY!
BUT!!!! I didn't have my diamonds......*sighs* I was told the reason for my account being locked was because they had delivered the dimonds but had yet to receive payment. So back to support I went last night. I haven't heard back yet. Very very frustrating.

LOL yes Rox it would be great if the RoM gods took pity on me/our guild. Honestly we should of had our upgraded walls yesterday or the day before because I farm like crazy (being a stay home mom has some advantages!) or buy it from needy lowbies . Its just always my luck with things. But no worries Roxi we will get there, I am trying to say positive over this whole thing!

Oh yes and like Rox said...we are recruiting! lol
