Hello. Newbie with a question.

Hello,

I'm having issues with the diamond recharge thing. Do you always have to wait to receive the diamonds? Should I try recharging again?

I just started playing yesterday so i'm sorry for the noob questions.

p.s. I paid via paypal if that makes any diffference.

Unfortunatly this can happen sometimes.you should submit a ticket to support, include your purchase order number(this is in your confirmation email) then follow the directions you get from the support email.also sometimes i have to restart the game to recieve my dias.

I don't see a purchase order number in my email. I do see a paypal receipt for the purchase. Does that count?

Hello NightHalk,

I do remember when the new payment system was introduced, there was a message that said first time paypal purchases could take longer then 24 hours.

I suggest you wait a few days to see it. (Most likely done to avoid fraud. Both paypal and the company that handles the transaction is just checking)
