Easy Mode gear always has a chance to have 1 or 2 green stats on it. If you get a clean stat in Easy Mode, you are indeed lucky.
That was true until KBN easy mode Kroagnon. KBN easy only drops gear with one clean yellow stat. Now most of those stats are the undesirable kind, like dex/mdef, but it also drops three desirable stats: stam/def, pa/hp and int/hp.
When Runewaker decided to make Remains stats un-pullable with mems and EoJ, they at least made trash stats easily farmable in KBN easy.
Now the situation appears to be that we can't get push stats from easy mode, good stats from normal mode without truly excessive farming, or good stats from mems/EoJ.
This is pretty frustrating. At least in the KBN days the ease of getting at least one semi-usable stat from easy mode made the inability to get the other stats you needed somewhat tolerable.
Runewaker really needs to look at the stat loot tables. Mage stats need to be on mage gear, priest stats need to be on priest gear, tanks on plate again, etc. Uncoupling the stats from the type of gear, combined with removing desirable stats from mem/EoJ gear is really hurting this game.
I am all for making instance runs desirable, which is what I think they were going for with the removal of good stats from mem/EoJ pulls. However, they forget to adjust the loot tables in the instances. It's too damned hard to get anything decent to drop in even hardmode KBN. We get entirely too many trash stats. And it looks like Bedim is even worse.
At this rate, most people rely on minigame shell stats. I do, and I can run the hard stuff. But I have to work, and I can only farm hard a few nights a week, and that means I get maybe one decent Remains stat every two weeks or less, since they just don't drop very frequently, and competition for mage stats is high.
Asking us to farm this new instance 30 times to get a good stat is insanity. Asking us to farm it more than once for at least one good stat is insanity. People just won't run it if that's the case. AC was very nearly like that. As much of an instance fiend as I am, if there's nothing worth my time, I won't run it. Too much hassle for too little reward.
