Hacker Spamming Mail with Item Shop Items HELP!!!

There is a player named -REMOVED- on Artemis, which I am now aware that he is a hacker. He has spammed my mailbox with a bunch of permanent mounts and there is no way for me to return them. Please ban him from the server and remove all of the items he sent to me from my mailbox. Thank you.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

What should I do though?? I don't want to delete the mails, I want the GMs to do it and to do something about it. I feel stuck.

Yeah it's been an interesting evening. Kinda sad really. Gold sellers spamming world chat. Gold sellers in Logar and probably other places. People being item shop item bombed. Dogs and cats living together. MASS HYSTERIA! :D

You obviously havn't been on AU for a long time, if ever. At the state its in at the moment ANYONE would be a relief. There are so few people around and yet still Gameforge does nothing about it. I would rather the server got shut down than be in this state, at least then I won't feel bad for ditching the few that even log in anymore.

Simply because we are on the forum.

The forum Mentor's are here to help, give advice & point you in the right direction for help when things go wrong. In your case, you need to contact Customer Support, which you already have done. All you can do now is wait for their reply.

The sad state o GM response ter our pleas fer policin lead me ter wonder jus how long twill it be afore the game be fully known as a hacked game. Not only be there botters runnin fer months on end (still), but now we hast a player who PUBLICLY admits ter cheatin, tells others how ter do it, an uses this ability ter harrass legitimate players. An the GMs be nowhere. He hast been doin this fer days. Who knows how many other players do be usin the same hack ter gear up their guild at this very turn o the hour glass. Me hate ter say it, but whilest the servers may still be open, it might be timer ta log inter another game. Gameforge, get yer ships movin, mates.

Can we have someone despawn the hundreds of set skill activation guys from the Artemis Central Plaza Transporter? Soon as you port in to central plaza you crash from the NPC's gathered there. Also there's some fishy business going on in the endgame weapon dept on the AH that should be looked into.
