Free Toons

I think this is allowed since its free but mods let me know if not.

I have aquired a few accounts on Indigo as people have left the game that I have no need for. After reading threads about how much it costs to start up in this game and no server transfers I figured they might help someone. I will list the exact classes and lvls below tonight (once i know this is allowed) but I know for sure I have a Priest, Mage, Rogue all in the lv 70ish range with 2nd classes somewhat built up. I am willing to give them to anyone that wants to play on Indigo full time and will be active. I don't care if you join Deadly or not but new blood is better than me never using them. Email will need to be changed for security.

Toons will require work to be "endgame" and may or may not have gear. This is mainly to avoid leveling and tp issues with a new character.

i was thinking about doing something like this with twink alts so people will actually pvp with me...not connected to deadly at all, but i just had the same questions about whether this would be allowed or not...

The "giving away" (for free) of any accounts must be approved by support first. Then even if they approve it, there is a good chance all items, gear, and currency will be removed upon approval.

However if you do not contact support first then you risk the chance of a ban under the assumption of account sharing or account stealing.

@"OP" if you are intent on giving away toons/accounts i strongly recommend contacting support first, its the best way to keep both you and the recipient ban free.

Here's an excerpt from the T&C:

The user account is not transferable without the explicit consent of Gameforge. The submission of the approval by e-mail is sufficient to fulfil the written form requirement.

Support might not be happy to accept that you currently hold the accounts to be given away and may want you to get the original account owners to agree to their transfer to others as well.

I really don't know what might happen, but I cannot stress enough that you need to keep Support informed.
