Dear RoM players,

It has been a little more than a year since I have played due to sickness (more on that later). I will be opening the guild back up and am taking all applicants. I am looking to recruit 1-3 Guild Masters, Executives and Generals for leadership ranks and as many other players as we can fit. There are currently 154 of 161 open positions. From Visitor to Guild Master. Guild design is a Democratic Autonomy. Once established it's a great foundation for any type of playstyle although Fivestar Osha had always predominantly been a social guild. We siege, raid or PvP, and have even Declared guild wars when interest was there and the vote was placed. So, come. Be part of Fivestar, OSHA as I start anew.

I do have a real-life however and though I try to make it online as often as possible, sometimes, I am simply too beat to log in. Work with me here... My schedule is only part time, but I am pursuing more than just work and RoM in my life. My online times are most likely to be after 10pm and before 8am (South Bend, IN time). Catch me online and we'll chat. I'll try to check the forums here daily, and with time I may be able to get the other forums, guild radio/webcast/podcast and other services up and running as well.

I've been in talks with a handful of players since I've posted on here and in game zone chats. I have some interest but I'd like to make public the rank structure which seems to confuse a lot of people. Fivestar was ran by a group of UP TO 3 Guild Masters at any one time. Below them are The Executive Directors, below them are Fivestar Generals. Each with their own separate constituent groups.

Executive Director(s) oversee the Civil Officers and ultimately the largest pool of non-combat players "Civilians".
This groups primary focus is social events, crafting and the like.

Fivestar Generals(s) oversee the Battlemasters and ultimately the largest pool of combat oriented players "Combatants"
This groups primary function is Sieging, Warring, PvP, Raiding and the like.

The bottom rank is "Visitor" They fall under direct jurisdiction of the executive director/civil officers.
Your time in this rank is limited to 14-21 days before deciding one of the "Paths" above.

I'd be willing to answer any questions you have regarding how the guild functioned in the past with so many members as we had the guild cap and even spawned another 2 guilds we were so big at one point.

Here are the 5 Basic rules of Fivestar:
