To my Family at Sexton

After this latest patch corrupted my game, I no longer will be playing RoM. I hate to leave, but have no other option, my Internets limitations just keeps me from doing fresh installs. I will miss you all, you're so much like a family to me. Groosome put my addy up in announcements, so we can still keep in touch. Any of my friends from Reni happen to read this, I will miss all of you as well, It's been fun and have laughed my butt off at some of your crazy antics. Lots of cool people and slightly nuts too. ;) Reni Rocks!

If you really have absolutely no means of downloading the client yourself - may I suggest getting a 5$ USB Stick with a copied (working) installation on it sent to you - from someone you know who has better internet access?

Most patching problems like this are due to anti-virus software silently blocking part(s) of the patch because they mistake the patch activity for a virus. It's always a wise idea to disable anti-virus and other security software when patching/updating/install anything but most stuff works just fine when you don't. The RoM patcher seems extremely vulnerable to this interference.

It's more like $15 for a 16gb one saito :) My RoM folder is like 10 gigs w/ 9 of them in the fdb folder. :))

But yeah, we're on this.. just please... don't have a patch on Tuesday? :))
