So I think we need a server merge badly.

Reni is more like a single player game than an MMORPG these days. Most players went to a more complex game, better graphics, less memory leaks, or a game that has active customer support that actually takes in to account what the majority says. I like this game, but it is no fun sitting in my house all day because nobody wants to run anything and I'm not playing an MMORPG to play with myself. Just a rant

I saw in the EN IRC that the CM Celes said that we'll get another server merge update before Christmas. So, let's wait and hope for the CMs to get more news to update us as soon as possible. ^.^

Rom has active support at least tho if you send in a ticket it gets answered pretty fast. I think at this point the population is so low that even i'd be ok with a server merge. Their arnt many tanks on the server and zid's always "busy" meaning we can't run as much as i'd like. A server merge might bring a few more tanks to the playing field.

As someone who played this game a few years ago, I decided to come back and I can say its very lonely, Ive seen maybe 2 othe rplayer below level 20, and a few years back this server was packed.

I really started to question wether or not it was worth putting my time into making a character if theres no one around to help with the lower end stuff. If higher levels are complaining just makes me even fear more.

Everyone's experiencing this. Many seemed to leave after that new game came out. But mainly everyone that plays is not a low level anymore. Some guilds will help new and returning players such as Disturbed and Chiropterascall to name a couple. My guild will help people if they need help. And we are getting a server merge next year.

I don't know that is true or not, but even if it is think baby steps. What WILL encourage more new players is a vibrant community of active existing players. If the mergers accomplish nothing other than to bring players back then it's well worth the time and effort IMO. The trick will be convincing the returning players to stay and invest once more into RoM. Just continuing as we are now after the mergers will only get us back to where we are currently.

i agree with Tuulikki on this, they need to keep returning players in game, not just for 2 weeks and then gone again. Hope ads/media hype will be build up to get new players too. Facebook : Free wings again or a regular mount, free 100 diamonds/60 rubies for new accounts created and not existing IP's or MAC adresses loll or i'll be good for diamonds for 2 years loll ;-) but you see what i am saying.

E-mail sent to players with free items to be redeemed, revamped item shop, new items, new aggs etc
