ATTN Thalia players, don't buy diamonds, its not working

Currently it is displaying 130% sale, but when you go to the buying page the 130% isnt applied. Also people buy them now are also complaining that no diamonds are being put in to their accounts. Gameforge was told by "A Player" and has been palmed off from place to place and isnt getting help quick enough

I see no information about a sale on the website.

There was a sale but it finished. I'm guessing the ingame banners are still scrolling by?

Well yes the 130% banner was/is still going. And some people saying they are also not getting ANY diamonds.

The sale is over so that explains why nobody is getting bonus diamonds. The bonus amount is always shown in the purchasing page.

However, if anyone buying is not receiving their diamonds at all, then a ticket should be opened with Customer Support.

no diamonds from purchase

Just to make it clear, the Diamonds were purchased on Friday 5:35pm, the webpage had all the bonus banners and upon purchase the bonus diamonds were displayed, that Player is still awaiting for their diamonds, which obviously now the time has lapsed and he will also miss the rune sale which was what he intended to buy with his diamonds. He sent in a ticket shortly after the purchase on Friday and the next day was forwarded to contact gameforge, he did so and is still awaiting a reply.

Still no diamonds

Haha, this post went quiet real fast, so as a customer of ROM this is basically how it works.

In the case on not receiving diamonds that you pay real money for:

Customer: I didn't get diamonds that I payed for

ROM people: Oh you must have done something wrong

Customer: Here is my proof (screen shots and so on)

ROM people: we will look into it for you

Customer: ok

ROM people : No respone

Costomer: Annoyed and frustrated ... forever waiting... eventually gets pissed off and abuses

ROM people: Banned customer

And did you open a ticket with Billing Support, as Yrcanos suggested? This thread will do literally nothing for you otherwise. Those who can help you absolutely do not check the forums here. Nor should they. Did the thread go quiet? We've said all we can that would help.

Unlike regular support, Billing are those 9-5 salaried workers in Germany who take weekends and holidays off. Is it frustrating and slow? Yes. Can anyone make it go faster for you? No. The folks you've been talking to thus far (so far as I can tell) have no authority or tools to fix this. It's in your hands now. Also, yes: if you tell paypal or whoever to rescind your purchase it causes problems for you that also have to be taken up with Billing.

Whenever a user sends in a ticket for support with payment issues, we. cannot. help. them. This has been communicated over and over. We do not have access to that information about someone's account. Only billing does, which is where you will be sent if you submit a ticket about billing issues. Whenever a user sends in a ticket, you are ALWAYS asked if your issue concerns payment or billing problems - this sends the ticket immediately to billing support. We are not responsible for delays in processing a ticket because it was sent to the wrong community or the wrong category selected so it gets routed incorrectly through our system, then has to be corrected after the fact.

-we- do not ban for payment issues. Billing however, does block accounts. If you initiate a chargeback, fraud claim, or anything similar, billing WILL block your account until the diamonds that you ordered can be taken away.
