Unlike regular support, Billing are those 9-5 salaried workers in Germany who take weekends and holidays off. Is it frustrating and slow? Yes. Can anyone make it go faster for you? No. The folks you've been talking to thus far (so far as I can tell) have no authority or tools to fix this. It's in your hands now. Also, yes: if you tell paypal or whoever to rescind your purchase it causes problems for you that
