WTB Control of Pillar (int/mattk) or Control of Capital (int/mattk)

I need one more stat to finish off another piece of gear to stat so I'm looking for one of the following:

Control of Pillar (int/mattk)

or

Control of Capital (int/mattk)


i understand the capital is probably pretty uncommon on our lovely server, being that BelaH hasnt been run in ages, but surely someone out there could sell me one of the two above mentioned stats?

PM me in game, or on the forums if you would like to sell, I'm in game quite frequently throughout the day and constantly check the forums if someone messages me here or replies here.
