Dear community,

If you were merged from Reni into Artemis and you already had characters existing on Artemis, you may find your Reni Magic Wardrobes missing. While we said originally that the contents will be mailed to you, it was realised that this may not be the best solution, so we've made a more user friendly solution for you. Apologies for not advising ahead of time.

Never fret, there is a solution. Note it is best if you remain logged out from the game during these steps. you have been warned!

If you login to the website with your account information, under where you would purchase diamonds, there is a shiny new area called "Magic Wardrobe"!

If you click on the button marked "Next >>" under Magic Wardrobe, you will see a nice interface where you can make the transfer.

Even though it says Reni >> Artemis, it will actually transfer from Reni >> Mithras. The servers have the same ID so it matches up.

The instructions here are pretty self explanatory. Anything in the left box is on the old server, anything in the right box is on new. Once you click the yellow button to transfer, the transfer is immediately made. Make sure that this is what you want to transfer, there is no undo.

You can transfer at your leisure, there is no timelimit - this area of the website will always be available from now on.

Once you've transferred everything over, you can log back in and see those costumes in your magic wardrobe now!
