im wondering what the recipe would be for a +6 resist all rune, also if i can then mana stone it after i put in a rune slotted item.

i realize the system is broke now, or bugged or no longer implemented, but it is still something i would like to know.

The recent "hotfix" made rune creation impossible. Stay tuned as to whether it is a bug or design change.



It also made all runes unbound, so there are IV's and potentials up on AH now.

Rune creation is back. The results have been nerfed (like most of the rest of the cool stuff in the game, it seems).

What has to be done? Could you possibly explain exactly what has changed? Is it just the Potentials? Has the value changed or the amount of charges required, or both? Anything else changed besides Potentials?

At this point I strongly request that RoM provide the complete list of Runes and Stats.

Because it is totally wrong to expect the community to keep up with the changes you keep making.
We have to spend many resources just to discover what the combos are, what the results are, etc.

When all you have to do is copy/paste the list and post it.

Didn't know that existed. Pretty handy.

The problem is, of course, the updating process. So many people went through so many charges and runes to find the current recipe and stats. They have confirmed the recipes will remain the same, but players still have to go through some of the process to see what the new stats are. I really do hope they put it in the patch notes what the exact changes to the names/stats are.

It's not working yet. (Coming 2/12 unless something gets frogged up along the way.)

yeah all the key recipes are still borked. i can understand them doing a rebalance of the runes but this must be explained in the patch notes!

Something is not working right for me. I read the whole article and comprehend, or I think I do. I dont seem to have a problem making 5 runes into a higher tier rune, this works fine.

I seem to have a problem combining 2 runes of different kinds for example as previously stated.
Resistance I + Shield I = Endurance I

When I place Resistance I + Shield I into the slots of the transmutor, and I have charges nothing shows up no Endurance I or anything.

What am I doing wrong or has this changed? :)

lol have u read the rest of the thread, rune transmutaion has been down for more than 2 weeks. They are changing around some stuff and it won't be fully operational until the patch on the 12th.

Yes I read that thread silly... Two weeks is old news to me. Think I may have missed the patch part on the 12th while skim reading. Thanks for your reply huge help ;)

Upgrades work fine but the combinations are borked until they decide how they want to re-tweak it.

A lot has changed.

The base runes that gave +10 Attack/Defense now give +6
Endurance (+10HP) and Magic(+10MP) are the same.

I'm not even going to try and keep up with this. I hope RoM provides the official list.

Built a t2 Potential II rune today that adds +3 to all attributes.

When I try and slot it into an empty t2 piece of armor or a staff with an empty rune slot its giving me an error "This rune cannot be inserted into armor, or This rune cannot be inserted into a weapon"

Any ideas on what might be going on?
