A lot has changed.
The base runes that gave +10 Attack/Defense now give +6
Endurance (+10HP) and Magic(+10MP) are the same.
I'm not even going to try and keep up with this. I hope RoM provides the official list.

OH 2 or 3 posts above mine there is also someone else who can not place a rune we have made into a slot .. the reason rune says tier 1 .. it wont place in a tier 2 ? or will it even place in a tier 1 going to check

they are not broken,
+HP and +MP regen runes (reason and the other) fit into accessory slots. I got 2 in my carlyere's rings (plus u can buy drillers for them now)
