The only reason the OP put it to a different site is because he wanted to have the pictures being full size inline with the text he also had. Granted I have no problem clicking on links but I do see the benifit of what he was trying to do even thou there were some disagreements on some specifics.

Not sure what you're getting at, but I wasn't saying there was a problem with having the guide hosted externally. I was just saying that it's a shame that the external site with all the pretty pictures and detailed explanation are gone. This thread being the #1 result in my google searches, I figured I'd supplement the OP with my own current working illustrated guide for those who come across this thread.
