How to make a guild!

How to make a guild!

Items you need.

-100k to make your guild
-4 other players

Items you don’t have to have right away but need when you decide to make your guild larger.
-Money to make your guild flag (30k)
-Extra money to upgrade (depending on each lvl you go up)

(Note: *You can be any lvl to make a guild, things may change for Open Beta*)

Information:
First off, travel to Silvarspring and go to Varanas City. At Varanas City bridge you will see a NPC, Lieve [Teleporter], click on her and teleport to the Varanas City Guild Hall.

Once you have finally teleported, walk all the way at the end of the room to the NPC, Guild Establishment Administrator. Click on the NPC with a party of three including yourself and pay the fee of 100k.

(Note: *that the party member does not have to be with you when you form your guild.*)

After paying the administration fee, this will give you a temporary guild. Then, you have to find four other players who are also not in a guild to join yours. When four players have joined your guild, go back to the Guild Establishment Administrator to upgrade to a full guild.

Finally, when you’re done making your guild official go to the, Guild Flag Administrator NPC to make your guild flag. You have several flags and colors to choose from.

When you’re done confirming and paying your 30k fee. Make sure you press "G" to bring up your guild interface. Once you have done that, you should see the Guild Resources button. Click it and you can see what resources you need to upgrade your guild.

(Note: *Upgrading your guild makes room for more members, each lvl you go up. More things will be added in Open Beta when you upgrade your guild.*)

*Resources for upgrading*
-Money Total
-Minning Total
-Wood Total
-Herbs Total
-Bonuses Total
-Guild Runes
-Guild Stones

How to get a guild castle!

You need guild lvl 7 first. Getting guild lvl 7 you just need to donate resources to your guild and upgrade. After getting guild lvl 7 you need to gather 15k herbs, 15k wood, 15k ore and donate 350k gold to the guild to build your castle. (doesnt matter what kind of mats you gather as long as its herbs, wood and ore.) After donating your building mats to the guild you just visit the Guild Manager npc in Varanas either on west or east wing right beside the housekeeper then click on "I want to build a castle".

Then you are done and successfully build your guild castle! Congratulations!

What are some of the benefits of having a higher level guild? Would the number 1 guild be able to "tax" the world?

Raising that kind of money seems like a colossal feat. Why, you would need some kind of guild to organize the raising of those kinds of funds!

I think it would be better if buying a castle cost that much and simply creating the guild was something more reasonable.

All a guild does is give you the means to organize. Taking that away just makes playing the game needlessly harder. I understand the need to only let serious guilds get created for space reasons on the server, but there's a point where it's almost deterring to start a guild.

Okay under the guild options there is a part that says the level and open recruit and quests. What and where are the guild quests? Also is the guild castle implimented and if it is/when it is , what are the requirements to own one. I would really love to have a guild chest/bank to enable guildies to more easily help each other with gear or professioning.

To address the guild cost issue:
This game has a lot of money sinks in it..but as you level the quests pay out a lot more gold and the junky weapon drops sell for a lot more as well. Gather together 5-10 people to all pitch in 20-10 000 gold and voila you have a guild. 2nd day of playing my friends and I had our guild established. Astral on OSHA ^_^

Yes, i'm also very interested in the guild hall or castle. Some information on this would be most helpful. My guild is the RUNELORDS, on the Artemis USA server. Already have 6 members and we all are curious about the guild hall.

What about Guild Halls?

Each lvl the guild is upgraded more members can join. At lvl 3 (i think) you can do guild quest but i don't think this is in the game yet. You can war at guild lvl 5. At guild lvl 6 or 7 (maybe 10) you can get a guild hall/castle but this wasn't in closed beta and I'm not sure it has been added just yet.

100k is not that much gold in this game, I got that much by lvl 17 and I spent plenty of gold in the AH for weapons, armor, stuff like that...

Bierdine tokens on the other hand...extremely hard to get...your limited to only 100 Bierdine tokens a day..that's all...10 tokens per 10 dailies...that's all your getting...

determined people will always find a way, but if its hard then you won't have as many random 1 man guilds running around

Need a little more clarity plz.

I am not sure what you mean when you say that first you need a party of 3 or 4 all together, then you say that the party member does not have to be with you when you form your guild. Isn't it either one or the other? It's not very clear.

Also, how many people total other than the originator and 3 members do you really need? Is it 4 in addition to the 3 members you've already recruited to make the guild or another 4 people as well so a total of the originator and 7 people total.

I like things really clear so I can tell what I am getting into if I do decide to start a guild.

The rest of it looked really clear and I'll know more when I can start my guild.

Thanks for your help.

Hi all.

I too would like to know if 4 others are needed (not including me) or just 3 others are needed, to start a guild....

Thanks!

What OP meant by this is that you can start a guild by yourself, no party members needed. The only issue with that is that you would have a probationary guild, one that you can't really do anything with until you have 3 ADDITIONAL people join.

What OP said was a little confusing, I admit, but I can still answer this question for you. For simplicities sake, lets say you made a guild by yourself, no party members. So you've got a single person guild. In order to get your guild going, you MUST have three more people join your guild. In the end, to have fully created guild that can upgrade and improve, you have to have FOUR people in it, having yourself counted as one of them.

However, if you'd like to say that you had three other people with you when you made the guild, then you don't require anymore people. The bare minimum for having an active guild is FOUR people.

I hope this helped to clear some things up for you. Good luck and have fun!
