mmkeys on the German RoM Forum. Based on that information and personal experience, I assembled this guide for us to use, update, and make available for our community. I would like to thank mmkeys and the German community for their initial contributions.

Description: You can get five (5)
Lily of Love flowers from
Karlindola each day by following the “Redeem Lilies of Love” dialogue. Using the
Lily of Love on someone else increases your TP gain in combat by 10%. Having someone use the
Lily of Love on you will increase your drop rate by 30% and a
Wild Lily will be placed in your backpack. Both variants of Grace of the Flower God last for 10 minutes and cannot be removed. You can only possess two (2) Grace of the Flower God buffs at one time, one of each variant.

Eve about ‘Grow Magic Rose’ and choose if you’re searching for love or wanting to protect the one you love. There doesn’t seem to be a difference in rewards other than the color of the rose bush grown. You can get one free
Magic Rose Seed each day. Use the Water Bucket to fill your
Water Container, and then plant your acquired seed in the Magical Rose Garden. Follow the on screen prompts to defend and water your rose bush. You will be granted up to five (5)
Romantic Roses depending on how well you protected and watered your rose bush.

Eve and plant your first “free” pot for the day. Return to
Eve and exchange eight (

Magic Rose Seed. Rinse and repeat until you’ve successfully planted 10 pots of roses. If you are a F2P "Free to Play" player this can be done once a week without the need for Diamonds.

Cocoa Beans and Lover’s Passion can be found on mobs. The drop rate will increase if the mobs are within your level range or higher.
Milk can be obtained from a cow in Logar, feed her
Mountain Demon Grass,
Beetroots, or
Moxa to get the
Milk.
Reward:

Love Chocolate (Restores 35.0% HP)
NOTE: The
Milk obtained in Logar can also be used for Quest:

Karlindola will exchange a
Transport Rune for a
Celebratory Chocolate(Buff: Luck of the Flower God – Drop rate increases by 30% for you and your party for 15 minutes)
Exchange one
Transport Portal Rune with the
Flower Festival Reward Representative for a
Flower Festival Repeat Ticket. The repeat ticket will also allow you to get another
Magic Rose Seed from
Eve. If you are of level to get to Dalianis, don’t waste your
Transport Portal Runes on additional seeds and get repeat tickets.

Love Chocolates you’ll be able to send a brief message of love for everyone on the server to see. If you would prefer to feed Owen's evil brother
