How to get this Flower Festival Event Title?

There is a title sitting located in Event Titles > Festival Event that has text "You toss a rose at the target with an elegant flair, making all spectators squeal in utter delight." The picture is of a rose.

How do you get this title? I assume it has to do with the task with npcs Waysie Stainbrick and Nikljars Wulfft, but I've gotten a score of 51 and still nada. Is it higher? Something else?

He says he's going to propose to her, but tells you to keep it secret. I returned to her and kept it a secret, giving me a title(Protector of Love or something along those lines). However, some snooping around Runesdb seems to reveal there is another title for revealing the proposal...so your decision.

I got 54 points on my first attempt and earned the title, "Flower God Knockdown King". The others I was competing against did not get anywhere near those points, and did not receive it. So it is based on points, just not sure how many you need to get the title. Most likely +21.

I got that title yesterday. I scored 51 or 52 points, not while playing Nickeljar's game, rather while playing a game paid for with a Transport Rune. It rewarded me the title when I spoke to Stainbrick again, along with 5 vouchers and 50 guild runes. I don't know if it works while playing Nickeljar's game too, but your experience seems to suggest no.

I can also confirm at least 3 more hidden titles. Doing Captain Ali's "heist" quest to get the wedding bouquets back gives one for completing(i.e. getting all 4 flowers then right clicking one) the game with 3 minutes or more left and one for 5 minutes or more left(you get both if you don't have the 3min one and do with 5+ remaining).

wondering the same, the most I've gotten is 29. Unless u get more pts per mob if u use a transport rune?
Nikljars Wulfft's way only gives 1 pt per white mob, 2 pts per brown mob, 4 pts per green mob.
And if anyone is only after the 2 Flower Festival Attendance Certificate, I did horribly one day, like 99% of all my throws Missed lol, scored only 3 pts & still got the 2x Flower Festival Attendance Certificate.
Would be better if this event showed the 1 minute timer counting down as well as others.

Well I have now gotten into the low 40's on that game following the advice posted so far. Even by becoming more efficient at the game it still seems a bit random, as ther are some games where I end up missing a lot and sometimes the green target never appears. Has anyone gotten a title out of this one yet?

I have been having problems with the quest follow-up you should get after catching 5 butterflies. Done that 3 times and only once has the NPC asked me to go to logar. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? Fellow guild member has been having same problem. The one time I turned in I told her about the wedding proposal and got Title: Deliverer of Love - think thats the right one might be wrong.

The flowers to Logar part is a one time only quest. Once done, you won't get it again. This means you can only get one of the two titles depending on your response back to Evanna.

for someone that likes collecting titles, getting ALL titles would make me happy... and no need to be so mean I did read most of it and was double checking nobody made a mistake. Some things are different then they appear. You don't make it in top 10 for titles on server by just going "meh" if you say so.
