also isnt there another kind of quest that wants u to get on top of the fountain in central varanas? NPC at 52.6, 54.6. all i got for doing it was 2 certificate.

which was kind of lame as that took more than a few hrs to do it the first time

Flower Festival Repeat Ticket - does this only give the extra seed or does it reset the other quests as well? Can't seem to get a pet crystal and was wondering about spamming Captain Ali's on the weekend.
Some event repeat tickets don't reset all of the quests - not sure how the programmers decide which to allow it to reset =P
