I might have missed it in all that but can someone tell me where people are getting the snowflake festival wings?

i got wings from turning in 10 goody certs to the event host in var. I did not pay attention to what package it was, but it did need a key.

I have done 4 goody goody certificate turn ins and it's netted me some interesting prizes lol.

Day 1: I received the Molten Chocolate Cone (1h sword agg, costume piece) which you can see what it looks like here

Day 2: I received the Viscun(sp?) Wings (I believe mine were around 85 dura) (it looks like my char is wearing mistletoe or holly on her back lol), which was pretty awesome.

Day 3: 10x Home Sweet Homes

Day 4: 7day bank scroll for page II

I had an over abundance of portal runes to spare so I did quite a few resets but the prizes were pretty much worth it IMO

I just spent a key to open Andrew's package and got.......

fyi, if gear is not 113+, you get the same amount of deaths before it is no longer the 20% mod.

death =-10%, one hit =-1 dura. so 112-1 hit=111 dura. then 112x.1(death)=11 dura-->100/112 dura.

I've done it twice more since my last post, both times I got guild contribution items.. 500 herbs (Magic Fortune grass or something?) and 500 guild rubies. I realllllly wanted the female outfit, but luck wasn't having it lol. Got some decent weapon skins though

Gosh rubyeyes is so lucky to get the Viscum Leaf wings! That's like the only item I want, other than the chest piece of the Snowflake Festival outfit. Have yet to get either =(

Has anyone been successful with defeating Stormforce Snowman after all this time? Or did Frogster finally spawn it & it hasn't been in game all this time?? ... I wonder what u get from it since it hardly ever spawns as often as the Snowman King...

Anyone know exactly how to make Snowman King lose his Immunity to weapons? Was pretty sure only Snowballs could hurt it, but not sure what we did differently today when when we threw Snowballs at it after it spawned in Frostwood, but we defeated Snowman King using Snowballs & our weapons somehow did dmg too which made it super faster than normal. I switched over to Combat Log to make sure & it showed that all my bleeds & dagger skills stuff was doing dmg each hit to Snowman King...would never had known it lost its Immunity had we not noticed that our weapons' would randomly attack & its white attack numbers all the sudden were showing up sometime after it used it's first Frost Recovery & his hp was going down way faster than normal. It might've lost its Immunity before its first Frost Recovery which occurs randomly after it goes down to about 25% hp, not sure wasn't really paying attention until then when we saw it's hp going now faster than normal since snowballs themselves only do about 2.6k per throw, then we started noticing the white attack numbers.

And can anyone else confirm that turning in 10x Goody Goody Certificates to the Snowman King doesn't require an Ancient Treasure Key? Never got the chance to turn it to him but from what I see listed here from someone who did turn them in to him, didn't get that great of items back in exchange compared to turning them in at Varanas?

for the snow event in ystra highlands can i use a goblin miner as a mobile fire? It does have a heated lattern.

From my calcs, correct me of im wrong...

21 charges required which cost 18.9 diamonds at normal price rates

puri costs 19 diamonds at normal rates.

Not sure what the insentive is, might be those who have extra charges laying around to deplete it. Even if you are doing the minigames 21 charges is still alot to come by if u get 3 a day thats about 7 days work. too much work just for 1 puri for a festival event. Just my thoughts im enjoying the rest of the festival events thoroughly!
