Is there a guide to this birthday event or is it so bad that its not even worth the effort for anyone to write about it, let alone anyone doing it?

Like an hr before you posted... I had bumped up [Guide] Spring Rain Festival which honestly, the mods should change the title of that thread to [Guide] Spring Rain Festival + Birthday/Frog Festival since I think Dollars‎ is mia.

Last half of the 1st post on that thread is what you want.

4 of the 8 events are new, so that needs a write up, but the rest r old. 3 was in-game last yr for the birthday stuff & the Frog Coins event occurred a bunch of times randomly last yr outside of the festival times.
